Ideas for a Thanksgiving dinner?

I need some ideas for a dinner that´s going to happen this month. We have an international school program and need to present something. Someone please???
The class is a mix of nursery, pre-k and k! Thanks a lot!
Should add that we are in Brazil…it´s spring hot weather here…so is a good idea something more "light", ok? Thanks a lot"

For a light thing that my family always does on Thanksgiving is ambrosia (fruit salad).

Ambrosia:
Can of mandarin oranges
Can of pineapple chunks
Mini Marshmallows
Sour Cream

All you do is drain both fruits, add about half the bag (or more/ less if you want) of marshmallows, and then eyeball how much sour cream should go in (should coat all the fruit and marshmallows).

You can never go wrong with baked mac and cheese or mashed potatoes. Just about everybody like that. You could also try making a couple pizzas from scratch, they are usually a pretty big hit among all ages.

I hear voices in my head
    They come to me
    They understand
    They talk to me
You got your rules and your religion all designed to keep you safe.
But when rules start getting broken you start questioning your faith.
I have a voice that is my savior,
Hates to love and Loves to hate.
I have a voice that has knowledge and the power to rule your fate.
    I hear voices cryin
    I see heroes dyin
    I taste blood thats dryin
    I feel tension risin
I hear voices in my head
    They come to me
    They understand
They talk to me,They talk to me
They tell me things, that I will do
They show me things I’ll do to you.
    They talk to me

I don’t know if by international school, you mean there are kids from a lot of different nationalities? Anyway, here’s an idea for an appetizer that involves turkey but is not traditional. You can make samosas with ground turkey meat! My grandmother used to do this a lot (to lower the fat) and they are actually a pretty tasty way to eat turkey. I know from the experience of being a kid that kids love them (fried triangles of dough with ground meat inside, of course they love them). You can make the filling less spicy for children.
