I love Thanksgiving, A nice turkey is always good, stuffing even if u use a box u can doctor it up to manek it ur own, my sister used to add choped onion, diced celert, salt, pepper if u likr garlic a pinch of thae, try some rosemary and thyme not a lot just a pinch.my daughter makes cheesy potatoes they are awe some.cube potatoes, put in a pan use any cheese u like, but she uses mozzarell and cream cheese, mix it up and let it cook, you can also use frozen potatoes.

French’s Green Bean Casserole
1 can (10 3/4oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup
3/4 cup milk
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 cans(14.5oz) green beans(Drained)
1 1/3 cups French’s® French Fried Onions, divided
1. Combine soup, milk and pepper in a 1 1/2 -quart baking dish; stir until blended. Stir in beans and 2/3 cup French Fried Onions.
2. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until hot. Stir. Sprinkle with remaining 2/3 cup onions. Bake 5 minutes or until onions are golden.
Carnation Pumpkin Pie
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 large eggs
1 can (15 oz.) LIBBY’S® 100% Pure Pumpkin
1 can (12 fl. oz.) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
1 unbaked 9-inch (4-cup volume) deep-dish pie shell
Whipped cream (optional)
Directions:
MIX sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves in small bowl. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk.
POUR into pie shell.
BAKE in preheated 425° F oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350° F; bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Top with whipped cream before serving.
(this recipe was always a big hit for my late mother and for me!)

Baked chocolate chip meringue cookies.
Mock gingerbread wreaths, it’s ginger cookies iced with white royal icing and decorated with Christmas Smarties, green for the wreath and red for the bow.
Graham crackers iced with mint flavoured icing and decroated with regular Smarties.
Cranberry juice.
